- Smell first，PET tastes different from ordinary plastic，burn with a lighter，then it will smell very aromatic and comfortable (Just burn a bottle to smell it). If the PET contains other ingredients, the smell will be very pungent，some bottles contain SEBS ingredients, they can’t be used.
- Look at the burning part, If the oil drops quickly, most of the melting point is abnormal, this is often found in PET film.
- Drawing, when it’s burning, draw a thread on the lighter, see if silk is long,then break the thread that was pulled out,look at the break-point in the middle,whether the silk is rolled into a small circle, the more rolled, the higher the melting point.
